Research

My research implements GIS technology including ArcMap, R, and ENVI software to investigate the physical sciences with an emphasis on remote sensing technology.

Examples of my work include a Feasibility Analysis for the development of a ski resort in the Never Summer Mountains, Colorado; a study to determine the Carrying Capacity for Wolverine (Gulo gulo) in the central rocky mountains; and a novel technique for comparing snow melt timing and wildfire occurrence in the US Northern Rockies.
